We ship to all U.S. states and territories, with the exception of P.O. boxes and A.P.O./F.P.O. addresses. Most standard shipping orders placed by 12PM EST will be processed the same business day and will ship within one business day after your order is placed. Please note that some orders may take longer to process. All orders are subject to credit approval. For 2nd day and Next Day delivery, please ensure you place your order before 12pm EST weekdays. All Ground weekday (non-Holiday) orders placed before 12pm EST will ship within 2-3 business days if your address is verified. All orders from Mon-Fri (non-Holiday) placed after 12pm EST as well as all orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following business day once inventory is confirmed, address is verified and order is processed.* We do not ship or deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Shipping charges will only be refunded if an incorrect or defective item was sent. Please be advised that Herve Leger is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

Free standard shipping is valid for orders $250 and over and can be expected in 5-8 business days.

Standard shipping cost for orders less than $250 is $10, 2-Day shipping cost is $25 and overnight shipping cost is $40.
